 Return Policy

Ame Ame does not accept returns on umbrellas.  If an umbrella was delivered broken please email info@amerain.com with a picture of the umbrella as well as its tracking number.  Please hold onto the umbrella so that we can file a claim with the shipping provider.  They may have to pick it up.  In the meanwhile we will send you a replacement umbrella or refund you your payment.

Unworn outerwear and footwear may be returned within 30 days of delivery.  Please email us a tracking number for the product being returned.  A safe return of the product as well as the shipping cost are responsibility of the customer.  If customer would like to exchange the product, we'll send the replacement with free shipping.
